Not all of us can match pictures to names, so in your Players of the Game, could you put their names underneath the pics?

Cincinnati Reds (2-2) Houston Astros (2-1)

9th inning win

Houston Trib-- In the new series against the Cincinnati Reds, Pettitte struggled to begin the game. Pettitte allowed 1 run in the 1st on an error by Biggio as well in the third. But the Stros offense could not be shut down. They rallied for 3 runs in the bottom of the 4th and set Pettite up for the win. It went scoreless the rest of the way until the 9th. Brad Lidge was brought in for the save. He striked out the first batter and everything looked good. Then he allowed to Javier Valentin which brought Casey up in the batters box. Lidge lost his command and allowed a two run homer run blast to deep center. In the bottom of the inning, the Stros were destined to comeback. The rally came with 2 outs as jason Lane got on base with a base hit and then brad Ausmus did the same. Mike Lamb came in the clutch in the pitchers spot ( pinch hitter ) and drove in Lane to tie. Then Taveras singled to the right side for the win!

New York Mets (3-4) Houston Astros (2-4)

Mets get the pitching and last minute offense

Houston Trib-- This game might be hardest for Morgan Ensberg to swallow. In the pitching duel between Roy Oswalt and Tom Glavine, neither one got the victory. It came down to the end with Beltran on 2nd base. Doug Mientkiewicz hit a high chopper to 3rd and Morgan Ensberg threw to first that turned out to be the critical error that allowed Beltran to score. Phil Garner spoke to the media after the game," We need to play better defense if we want to win. Errors have been a big part of why we have been loosing."
