Simply remove the player's beard and use the smudge tool to smooth out the players face as if he never had a beard. This help would be for a mod I'm about to release. If you can help, please PM me and give me your email address. I could do this myself but I usually only remove a goatee or mustache, not a full beard. Really this is stubble and some of a beard.
