Turning Portaits into files to put into eaedit

Hey Guys, lately i've been asking for some fake yankee portaits...anyways i got my buddy to do some really great work and I have the photos, just I don't have the programs or the know how to turn them into game files...

so could anyone just tell me if you would be willing to do it for me, i can email you the photos whenever your ready...

all you need is MVPedit. Did he make alpha versions of the portrait to? If so, just open up mvpedit and set it to show player portraits. Then just click on their portrait, click new photo and new alpha and insert them then your done. This depends on your models.big though, do you know how big your file is?

edit - is it just the photo with the hat or is it already 128 x 128 and ready to insert into the game?

How do you make the alpha file???....I have been searching and haven't find anything. Someone posted that there's a guide on the faqs section but I can't find it, it doesn't appear nothing on the faq section.

You can add a portrait with MVPEdit without having an alpha file, as long as it is a .BMP file with a size of 128 x 128. None of the classic portraits that I added for Total Classics had alpha files. I was simply provided with .BMP files.
