Can someone expain what the bullpen warm up bars mean?

When I check my pitchers that are warming up what does the colored meters represent?, ite either green or red/ the meter is completely full or half? The reason I ask is it seems whenever I bring in one of my releivers they get lit up!!

the bar is all about stamina and readness. If the bar is half full you will only have 50% of the player and if its completely full you have a 100% player that is ready to pitch.

...and if the bar is green it means they are still warming up. if you bring them in with the bar green they will have under 100% stamina but the stamina will increase with the first few pitches as they continue to warm up. if i'm in a dire situation i'll bring a guy in with it still green as long as it's close to complete and let him finish his warmups in game. most of the time the new reliever will be in the 70-80 ranges stamina wise when green and that's much better than the sub-50 pitcher that appears to be on the verge of a shelling.
