wow! that's strange...first time crash for me. huh?

so ii'm in the middle of a great game in my season where i'm winning 3 to 1. i happen to press the controller shoulder button as i' m batting just to see the batter's current average and who's on deck. then i happen to notice arrows above the picture of my on deck batter. so i play with it left to right. i discover a list of options including warm up pitchers ( cool while i'm batting and in the dugout). this is great. so i select a pitcher to warm up. neat. i thought i could only warm pitchers when i'm in the field. just after sending the pitcher to the bullpen, my screen goes dark and i'm beamed back to the desktop. thanks scotty. anyway. haven't tried to do the same thing again cause i didn't want to crash again during a game. played the game over without putting someone in the bullpen while i'm batting and i won 2 to 1.

at least i discovered something new that i didn't know i could do before.

anyone else encountered this ?

What solutions did you guys come up with? The last two weeks my game has been doing this, got a feeling it might be the GPU over-heating, if not the computer itself since the only thing that has changed has been the ambiant temperature.

I warm up pitchers while up at bat all the time, usually right before I pinch hit. Only thing that goes wrong for me is occasionally that the screen freezes, which I believe is due to my laptop overheating, and is not related to the game itself.
