jlaramay
I'm doing an owner mode with the NY Mets franchise and I'm in the month of May...I've noticed that my team chemistry for the NY Mets is maxed out with almost all of my MLB players with smiley faces cause they are happy with their contracts and playing times.... (i'd hope so...Beltran is making enough for how crappy he is...lol) However, my minor league teams (including players that have played every game) are all pissed off and "are very unhappy with their playing times" even though I bumped up their contracts a bit...How do I make them so they are happy!!!? :hmph:
carter
I have a somewhat related question, has it been proven that unhappy players perform poorly? I generally never do anything to satisfy unhappy players, but they still seem to play okay, so I don't know if paying them more does anything. I got Melvin Mora starting at 3B, hitting lead-off and he's complaining about playing time. It's a joke.
steroid
Its just something that happens with the PC version I guess. My friend has it for xbox and everything is different on it. Im ticked on how poorly they made the PC version. If you create a player with a star swing like Griff or Helton or anybody on the list, you hit a homerun just like they do and it shows in the replay when you watch it go. He never really has to deal with unhappy players except when it comes to money matters. If everyone is playing or gets to play on most occasions, they seem to be happy. I dont get the PC copy. I guess its why we get to do the things we get to do like mvpmods.
