rainman79
does anyone know how to set the sliders so that starting pitchers cant come back to pitch until their turn in the rotation? i'm playing a season and santana can always come back on 1 day rest and be back to full stamina. how do i make that more realistic. also this affects cpu teams b/c in a 3 game series, they will bring in the same guy in relief each game. he'll pitch 3 innings each game and not be any more tired. how do i fix this? rolliefingers08
well just increase pitcher fatigue - that seems to be common sense. another way would be to just... not bring santana back the next day and just go through your rotation like you always do. cybernetic
typically when I play I throw a lot of pitches and throw out of the zone purposely often to get guys to chase pitches so I get higher pitch counts.. the pitch count relates completely to the stamina so if you throw more pitches then the guy will tire more and thus take 2-3 days to be back to full strength.. example I usually throw a CG with Roy Halladay and around 100 pitches with about 10 K's and he takes 3 days to be ready to go again.. increase pitcher fatigue but also lower pitcher control so that he throws more pitches out of the zone and thus increases pitch count and lowers stamina faster
