Is there any way... in my dynasty???

Here's what I'd like to do... can someone tell me if I'm wasting my time?

I am the Braves in an Dynasty thats up-to-date. (7/18/05)

I like to play as realistically as possible with the real MLB season.

The Braves are in SF tonight facing Kevin Correia. However, in MVP 05 Correia is in AAA (Fresno). I would like to get him to the MLB roster of the Giants so I could face him just like the real Braves will tonight.

I've read in other threads where if you have "fair trades" off you can make trades and I've done that. But can I get a player from one level to another if he's not on your team?

Here's what I've tried: I traded Correia for Jose Sosa on the Braves. The computer put Sosa on SF ML roster and Corriea on the Braves MLB roster. So, I thought.. I'll just trade them back... Nope.. Sosa went back to the MLB roster of the Braves but Corriea went back to Fresno (AAA). I tried trading several other players along with Corriea from other teams and trading them back. No matter what I do, or what combination I try the computer ALWAYS puts Corriea on the Giants AAA roster.

Am I spitting in the wind? Does anyone know of a way to manipulate other team rosters in a dynasty that are not your team? I know I can do it in MVPedit but of coarse that doesn't change a roster in progress.

Anyone had any luck in this area?

I have a similar problem with my Oakland As Dynasty. Like you, I am playing the season as we go, July 23. Oakland is playing Texas- why can't I find David Delucci for the Rangers? It might be that we are in the middle of our Dynasties and can't go back unless we scrap it. Anyone know of a fix?
