Bat Selector Version 3.0 Error

I keep getting the following error message: "input file fshindex.fsh not found"

I am not sure what is causing this. I extracted to main MVP folder and followed prompts when ran .bat. Everything seems to be there. Anyone have a solution?

The index.fsh file is found inside the /fsh folder so that message would appear if the /fsh folder didn't exist...are you sure everything unzipped properly?

In your main MVP Baseball 2005 folder (the one with the mvp2005.exe file) you need to have:

bat selector.bat

gfxpak.exe

/fsh (folder)

/bmps (folder)

nfshtool.exe

choice.com

Check that out and post back here.

I have a similar problem but it says that the .bat file is not suitible to run on MS-DOS

What is the exact error message? The first day this was out, there was an error similar to that and it required a download to fix it...I'll see if I can dig up the thread.

Additionally, the Bat Selector is only tested on Windows XP, if you are using another OS I can't guarantee that it will work at all.

EDIT: See if THIS LINK helps fix your problem....

OK...I figured it out. I forget to check "Use folder names" when I extracted using Winzip so bmps did not go to a folder. Thanks.
