JPN706
How do you slide ? How do you throw to a shortstop? or someone closest to you so you dont have to throw further than you can throw? In the hitters eye when your pitching what are the red, blue and gray boxes? Ive never plaid mvp baseball before and i just got it for the pc yesterday and im using my fistorm gamepad, it was my buddies and i didnt come with a manual so im kinda confused... and how do you steal bases? cybernetic
you slide by using the analog stick.. you have to check your control settings to throw to a cutoff man.. for pitching.. blue box is a cold box, red is hot (dont throw there) and gray is neutral.. so basically hot means they really hit well in those spots, blue they struggle and grey is just neutral you have to take leads with the analog stick and then press the base you want to go to with the d-pad but you have to time it right to make it and u usually get thrown out if the guy isn't very fast
JPN706
No I dont have a bootleg, I just traded KOTOR2 for xbox for his MVP baseball for pc... Whats diff between dynasty mode and owners mode? you guys have any reccomendations on roster to use?
Tidalwav90
In owner's mode you keep track of all the financial aspects like ticket prices and concession stands. It doesn't matter if you win a lot of games the attendance matters and it is really hard to win a lot of money without simming so I suggest you stick to dynasty for a begginer. Top 4 teams in no order is obvious: Yankees, Red Sox, Cubs, Cardinals.
