Strange glitch in dynasty mode

I have a red sox dynasty, using ultimate rosters 2.4, jim's datafile, MVP difficulty, and the budget option is turned on.

During the offseason I noticed that no matter what the computer asigns players to your team. After the draft and the re-signing and free agent signings, even if you have more than 85 players (the require number) and the required number of picthers the computer adds people to my team. I go thorough week 6 of the free agent period, then when sping training begins I suddenly have 95 players instead of 85. Thi is really annyoing because after carefully signing players to each level, and getthing thier salaries just right. I get stuck with 30 yr old guys in the minors who have big contracts.

During my 2nd offseason, I only had 84 players (1 under the required amount) after free agency, but I figured that I didn't need to fix it because the computer usually signs 10 extra players even though I don't want it to, before I get to sping training. However the next screen that showed up was the owner of the red sox offering me an extension to my 3years which I could either decline or accept. This confused me because it was supposed to be the beginning of the 3rd season, and I should have received this offer at the end of the 3rd season. I choose accept and then it got really stange. Instead of starting my 3rd season only the beging off-season button was available. Somehow the computer skipped my entire 3rd season, and I began my offseason for my 4th year. The players ages stayed the same, however their contracts were one year futher down the road. So instead of paying Manny 18.5 mill x 2 yr it was now 18.5 mil x 1 year, but his age was the same as it should have been when he had 2 years left on his contract. Anyone else seeen this?

I have not seen this because I haven't gotten that far in a dynasty yet, but that's really weird.
