It turns out it's totally different. As far as oediting is concerned, it's a whole new stadium and I was crushed. I tried replacing the night stadium oedit file with day version's which resulted in some missing texture errors but with some signs of promise. I seriously hope there is a quick conversion kind of solution to this.
