hmm ran into a problem in fshed

im working on a CAS for the mets, im doing good, but so far i ran into a problem.... i try and replace trfp, its a part of the foul poul, and it won't let me... when i go to import it says access violation at address so and so in module 'fshed'.... i can't get past this for some reason.. get at me guys

hmmm that worked with the flags, but i tryed it with the foul poul, and well now they dissapear lol.... also now my dugout tops won't show up they are white, but when i open the cram32, the dugouts show... ne advice?

Here's a separate question, but one that fits with the subject. I'm working on a cyberface, and can't figure out how to get my face bitmap to be 16bpp. I'm using Paint Shop Pro, and have tried fiddling with everything I can think of, but it's still a 32bpp file. I haven't had this problem with faces I've made in the past.

What am I doing wrong?

There is no reason at all to use fshed in modding parks. What you should do is get gfxpak and nfshtool, and follow Pirate's oedit tutorial. If I used fshed and biggui I'd never get anything accomplished.
