WHich roster patch?

Which roster patch should I install, I'm basically a noob at all this stuff, I jus twant updated rosters. Is there one I can get tha ti don't have to do much with? I just want to download and install it?... a bit selfish yes, but if someone can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks a ton.

It all depends on what you are looking for in a roster. You say you want updated roster... Updated in what way?

Do you want all the minor league players stats to be accurate? Or is that not so important to you? Do you want the players to have their proper equipment? (glove color, bat color) Or you don't care? Or you care about one & not the other.

Do you want them to have their proper batting stances, pitching delivery types etc... Or you don't really care? Or you do care, but you care only about one or two or three of the above mentioned things?

Do you want the players to have accurate numbers on their jersey's? Or that does not matter? Or it matters to you only in the majors but not in the minors? Or vice versa.

Do you want players on the DL to be left on their respective teams or to be moved down to the minors? & which level of minor league team do you prefer the player be moved to? Or perhaps it doesn't matter. Or perhaps you don't want him moved at all. & then if you move some down & not others, which players do you want brought up to replace the players sent down because of injury? etc...

& if you had to make a choice between one or the other or 2 of one & one of the other, or three of one & none of the other or any other combination of any of the choices, which one would you choose?

As you can see the list of options in a roster goes on & on....

With my rosters I uploaded, I key in on the major league players to be as most accurate as possible. I move players down (for the most part) if they are on the 60 day DL, but leave them alone if they are on the 15 day DL.

Then again, I may choose to leave Barry Bonds on the ML club even though he is on the 60 day DL . Same with Garciaparra. But that may not be your preference.

Also, with my rosters you would need to download one of my versions that contain the models.big if you plan to use my rosters. You however may not wish to do so. Or you may very much want to do so.

As you can see, it all depends on your preference. To give you one answer... "this is the roster to download" would be silly for anybody to do, since we don't know your preferences in a roster.

If you want to eliminate the stuttering, you're 'spose to only install patch #2, correct? My game recently fizzled out, so I gotta re-install in the next few days, and i'd like to eliminate my danged stu-tu-tu-stutter ...

But yeah, patch #2 eliminates stuttering but makes the game run at hyper-speed.

Make sure to also have your monitor at a 60 hz refresh rate & make sure you have V-sync on both in you r video settings in windows (your video card settings) & in the game too, to eliminate the hyperspeed problem that mastasports1 just warned you about.
