Igottaname
I just downloaded MarkByankees's FEENG.LOC and IGENG.LOC file that changes ANA to LAA, and his previous version which was just the FEENG.LOC worked fine so i d/l the new version and like an idiot took it for granted that it worked and now everytime I try to play as or against Anaheim, the game crashes. I know the error is in the IGENG.LOC because I redownloaded the previous version which was just the FEENG.LOC and the game still crashes, anybody got a fix to this crash? Once again i believe the problem is in the change of ANA to LAA, but im not a modder so I could be wrong. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Totte
It worked fine for me except that it renamed all the tunes in the jukebox to songs by 2Pac, Dr.Dre, Ludacris among others.
Igottaname
that worked for me too, it's just the Angels thing causing a crash
big shmooz
It worked fine for me except that it renamed all the tunes in the jukebox to songs by 2Pac, Dr.Dre, Ludacris among others. I have mine corrected on my own, but I did rename mine to have the songs that I put in, such as "centerfield" & "MLB on Fox" & the national anthem of both the US & Canada etc..., which is why I decided not to upload. Since I figured that other people may not be using the same songs so even if they would get the correct changes in other things, it would mess them up in this area. biker_jim_uk
just put your backed up version ( or the original) back into the data folder, then edit it yourself
Igottaname
and like an idiot took it for granted that it worked I meant to say their that it was like 1 am, i was tired, the previous FEENG.LOC update worked fine, i didnt think editing text was gonna crash anything, so in a hurrty, "like an idiot" i didnt back it up. Yes i know, lesson learned, but the problem is...i still have the crashing problem. I decided to dl Loclook about 20 minutes ago and i edited everything back and forth to ANA and LAA (making sure FEENG and IGENG both matched). it still crashes though, this is really confusing me. Once again, any help is appreciated, thanks for those who have responded so far. lol and to make matters worse, this happened to me about 40 games into an Angels Dynasty

MarkB
Wow, that's strange, it worked fine for me. I'll have a look at it as soon as I'm finished my rounds here. Sorry guys! For a temporary fix, you can get the original files from the compressed.zip file on CD 1.
CCH3900
MarkB one issue could u do this with the orginal EA TRAX song names please, thank you.
MarkB
I've just tried it and, somewhat unfortunately, it still works with the Angels and all other teams without crashing for me. I'll correct the FEENG.LOC file without my track names (no idea why I didn't notice that) and resubmit it, but I have no idea why the latest update of FEENG.LOC and IGENG.LOC doesn't work. If you are experiencing crashing and the first FEENG.LOC file worked, just replace the FEENG.LOC and IGENG.LOC files from compressed.zip into your MVP Baseball 2005data directory, then redownload the first file, FEENG.LOC and insert that. At least then you'll have the correct stadium names. Apologies to anyone experiencing crashing, although I don't know what to tell you. Does it work for anyone else using the Angels? MarkB
Updated the files. You can download again from this page. This replaces the track names to the EA defaults.
