thewholegame
For some reason when I select to play with the Angels the game comes to the mvp2005.exe error screen. It happens when the game is at the loading screen just before the selected game starts. It also happens whenever I go to player edit and go to the angels. I have not edited any of the players and have not modded any of them either. I also played around and used the players on different teams and they work fine, so it is not the players. Lars777
Are you using any kind of uniform pack.....or just an updated Angels uniform....and or a modded angels stadium......seeing that the problem only occurs with the angels.....go back to the cd and install just the angels default uniforms.....and the stadium...then try again......see what happens
thewholegame
It's funny because all I had to do was replace the models.big file with the original and it worked. For some reason it did not like the Kevin Millar and the Barry Bonds cyberfaces that I put in the game, because to tell you the truth that is all I put into the game. For some reason it did not like the Kevin Millar and the Barry Bonds cyberfaces that I put in the game, because to tell you the truth that is all I put into the game. There is absolutely nothing wrong with those cyberfaces. I have them both in my game & things are fine. You probably should have made sure the files were compressed before restoring your original models.big. Btw... what you said about those two cyberfaces happens to be incorrect. Because neither of the above named players are on the Angels. Hence your crash was actually caused by something else that you just did not realize. Tell me this, before putting in the original models.big, did you check the other one to see if it had decompressed files in it? I am assuming you did not. (though I could be mistaken) But if you did not, then you should know that those cyberfaces on their own is not the reason. I am willing to bet you did not have your models.big in read only mode. THAT is what can cause your file to become corrupt.
