MVP Hack?

The most frustrating thing about MVP, in my opinion, is how it doesn't let you edit the details of some players...I have many minor leaguers created with the Ultimate Roster project who have incorrect skin tone. For instance, starting pitcher Stuart Pomeranz has his picture added into the game -- he's caucasion. In the game itself, though, his skin tone is that of a black man's. I don't want to start my franchise over for something to small...

I was wondering, if there a tweak that can be made to the MVP Program itself (or another file) that enables you to edit anything on anything player any time?

I'd imagine wouldn't be too complicated...but granted, I don't know how to do it.

Any ideas!?

That's what MVPEdit is about. Download it from www.glass4.com/MVPedit It will let you edit things like that. Then read the tutorial on this site on how to use the program if you aren't able to figure it out by yourself. (which you probably will not know how to)

Btw... make sure when you export the file to your rosters double click on the database folder. Many people make the mistake of seeing the folder but don't realize it's not open till it is double clicked on, & then wonder why their roster changes are not showing up ingame.

(btw... I know you have absolutely no idea what I am talking about, but once you start using the program, remember what I am telling you now & it will click in your head what I meant)

Yeah, that would be nice if you could do that. While changing a real minor leaguer's position in franchise mode, I somehow managed to delete his first name. Of course, it wouldnt let me add it again, as your not supposed to be able to edit real player names. So now I'm just stuck with a player named "Christopher ".

Just little things I wish I could change as I was going along. I'm usually anxious to start my franchise so I don't want to spend hours editing, I prefer just to tweak as I go along.

Little things...like Anthony Reyes having high socks and me wanting those. (Luckily, he was edited to have those in the Ultimate Roster project).. But I'll be playing and Hector Luna will come up to bat and I'll think something like, "Hey...he has a bigger body than that," and I'll want to edit it. That'd be so sweet if MVPEdit could edit in-franchise.

Oh well. Thankfully they're just minor details.
