Stumped: long hair, bats, gloves

Posted this in the console forum with no luck. Anybody?

Okay I've been stumped on a few things, and have found no answers yet. Maybe somebody can help solve them. All pertaining to xbox.

1. Possible to change audio files, such as menu music and batter walk-up dittys?

2. Haven't had any luck trying to extract and repack custom bats or gloves from the initstaz.big

3. Also part of that initstaz.big file are the Johnny Damon/Manny Ramirez long hair, and Gagne goggles. I haven't been able to find an answer on if these are able to tapped into for other players. Or even how they are atached to those players in the first place.
