Matsui55
How do you get pitchers to start from the set position, and not take the full windup? For example, Tom Gordon on the Yanks always starts from the set (even when no one is on base) and Tanyon Sturtze takes the full windup. (not sure if he does in real life) but how do you get the pitchers to start from the set position and not take the full windup?
Dkknight
That would be delivery 11 if I'm not mistaken.
tommyjay117
i think they do it if they are the set up or closer, no matter what style.
