Can't Download Anything

Hey guys,

Ever since the new interface that changed the downloads area was created, my Internet Explorer freezes when I click on the file I want to download. Any idea what could be doing this?

It seems to work fine here (even with IE). Anyone else having this problem?

All I can advise you to do is clear your cookies, login and try again.

well i'd never had a problem with the MVPmods downloads until the new interface, so i don't think it should be necessary (nor do i think it would help) to use a third-party download client such as Mozilla. I can get up to the screen where it tells you the "mirrors," but it's after I click on the download there when it freezes.

You're absolutely right, it's not necessary. I'm not sure what the problem could be. I haven't heard from anyone else regarding this.

It's not a 3rd party download client, it's a browser.

If you try it and it works with Firefox, you know it's an issue with IE.

Are you running a firewall such as zonealarm? Try disabling the firewall the first time you log in & see if that clears your problem.
