roster19
I think it's pretty rediculus and plain unrealistic that the game allows the CPU(and user) to intentionaly walk batters without pitching 4 balls out. Is there a data tweak that can get the CPU to play real situational baseball in terms of intentional base on balls.
sfgiantsflgators
what's ridiculous is that the CPU can do a pitch out but the user can't. if i'm wrong and someone knows how to pitch out on the PC, by all means please enlighten me. :D
MarkB
avngres220, it is possible. You need to press 2 buttons to do it, though. In my case, using a PS2 controller, it's L2 and X. The second button, X, is set in the in-game options, but you can find what the main button is by having a look in your controller.cfg file. If you're unsure, cycle through all the buttons and hold them while pressing the second button to see if the pitcher throws the intentional ball. When he does it, those are the buttons you'll use for throwing an intentional ball.
roster19
I think I've been misunderstood. I already know it's possible to pitch out as the user and I don't think THAT is rediculus. My problem is that the CPU can just send my big hitters to first without even pitching to them(litterally). I think the CPU should have to throw 4 pitches out to intentially walk my hitters.
