mooseknucks
I think I forgot to say my age ... 17. Turning 18 in December and surprisingly it feels like a big thing to me, cause I'll be a legal adult and all. Anybody have any input on it? Like, is life that much different when consequences are more severe? I'm probably just overreacting.
AstroEric
I mean...if you're a career criminal it's alot different. But then again, you'd have been tried as an adult by now anyway. You still have the 21 legal drinking age milestone. After that, it's allllllllll downhill. --Eric

Something small could turn into something big with my mouth. I have toned it down though, so I guess I'm good.

Well, for me at least, it was different in that you can't just do the crazy stuff you'd do when you're young knowing that you could probably get away and even if you did get caught, you wouldn't get too much punishment. Deathnotronic
Hey Deathnotronic! here you can drink at any age! Come to dominican republic! :offtopic: I definately need to go to the DR, but not for drinking...I know a hot chica that lives down there  Now here is my friend's counter :pals: after a day of drinking (just me and him) (there was also 2 bottles of vodka still in the fridge) :ontopic: I'm surprised how many teens there are. Mostly because most of them act mature, except for NYM91, but hey, we don't have to deal with him anymore! Yay!

Sidewinder
Almost 44 but going on 25. Been playing mostly sports video games since 1983 in college with the Mattel Intellivision games. I actually felt I had a mental advantage over alot of guys in my baseball career because of baseball video games and the repetitive mental practice in the mid and late '80s. Not that many guys were playing then as they are now. Especially the more advanced games on the computers, Commodore 64 with the original Hardball and then the Amiga with Earl Weaver Baseball. I'm probably just overreacting. it's not really much, usually around 21 or so, when kids start moving out and living on their own is when the adult responities start really weighing on you. if you still live dependent, turning 18 won't be too much, expect your parents don't have to sign off on things, you are expemt from child labor laws and that kind of thing... i actually still think i'm 16 though...don't know why.
