I personally would recommend World Baseball Challenge over anything since it's based in the World Series.

Think about people in the World not just USA.

But if the next game would be MVP2006 I can take it but college baseball I really can't take it since who knows people from the College Baseball in USA?

EA have to think about big big WORLD not just USA.

Dun get me wrong, I like USA but just for once, some game company must release a baseball game based in the World.

I've modded a lot, I would say, and learned a lot. I'd rather stick my head in the sand and not learn to mod ALL OVER AGAIN. Sorry, but there would be no way I'd want to do more sound mods, etc. I'd literally, rather be dead. I'm sticking with mvp 05 for a few years.

As for a game company releasing a game based in the World as you say, EA does just that. Have you ever picked up any of the FIFA soccer games? There are teams from all over the world in there.

In the world, USA is not the only country that plays baseball even if baseball was born in USA, that doesn't mean that everything have to be based in USA.

Oh and BTW I didn't say MVP2006 is a bad choice, I said I would take it if a World Series cannot be made.

I can understand why you would want a world game, considering you are from Taiwan. For people in the US though, we would prefer MVP 06 for the shear fact that it is our country's baseball.

Keep the MLB game (MVP) but with the 40 man-rosters in September and elibitale rules that go with players being able to play playoff games!!! Also make a manager or team be able to suspend a player for a x-amount time if a player gets out of line with the team (Jose Guillen) an example. The true ablily to make a player happy after they get upset or has been upset over a period of time. Make it easier to mod all stadiums with dimentions and fences

(maybe a stadium editor) I just hope EA gets the game done before Jan 1, 2006 because who knows what the other company is going to do with the game (the other company could just throw a bunch of crap out on the market and say this is it) High Heat was a great game they just ran out of money!!

I would love there to be MVPBB 206, but wioth Take-Two possessing the MLB rights I don't see it happening. So the next best thing would be NCAA Baseball 2006.

Now if they would just release NCAA Football for the PC...

I would like to be able to watch a game and manage it at the same time. The current "Manager" method of running a game is lame. Maybe even offer a "dugout view" to really make it realistic.

Defintely better "create a player" options would be nice as well.

No way no world baseball, im trying not to be narrow minded But MLB is known all over the world and is very popular. People in the US dont know any other teams but those in MLB. We follow our players. They are who i see when I watch sportscenter every morning so they are who I would like to play with in a game. College baseball is a definite no no. I dont know who is who when comes to college baseball. Everybody knows MLB.

Baseball, like the United States, evolved out of a British precedent into a unique and independent institution. The origin of American baseball lies in an informal offshoot of the English sport of cricket called "rounders," played in the Colonies as early as the mid-18th century.

Now, although I would rather see MVP 2006 created, I do believe that there is formal talk about a planned world baseball tournament (similar to the World Cup). Therefore, I think a World Baseball Tournament would be a good fit. While baseball is very popular within the US, let's not forget how passionate children in Latin countries are for the game of baseball. Asians also love the game. So, it is naive to say that the game is American. If you look at current MLB teams I think it's fair to say that there is a significant percentage of non-Americans playing your country's game.

Even I play MVP2005 now but actually I am playing a big mod from Taiwan which turns everything around to Taiwan baseball league. :lmao:

I didn't see it on the list, but I would like to see a good rendition of Little League Baseball, with teams from all around the world to compete in the World Series at Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Maybe adding in High School and College for a Career type mode. With all this being said, I STILL want a decent MLB game, just might have to stick to MVP2005 until something comes out.
