HuPeRcHiLd
I have one cyberface that makes my game crash in Dynasty Mode. I want to change it back to a generic face so that it won't crash. How do I do this? Thanks
big shmooz
Replace it with a different cyberface using the same cyberface number that your defective cyberface has.
HuPeRcHiLd
Just using MVPedit?
big shmooz
Just using MVPedit? Take a cyberface that will not crash & change the number of the .fsh to the number of the face you are replacing. Then insert the replacement cyberface into your models.big. (once you have it compressed, use eagraph.exe to do this.) The only thing you need MVPEdit for in this case, is to know the players cyberface number so that you can change the cyberface .fsh file that you are inserting to your models.big to that number. Don't adjust anything though in MVPEdit.
HuPeRcHiLd
What about this one BS..... Alex Rios had a custom cyberface, then he got hurt. I put him on the 60 day DL. Upon his return, he had a red face with green letters on it (saying NO FACE or something). How could that happen? How can it be fixed/prevented? Thanks for all your help, btw. HuPeRcHiLd
Another thing BS, I not very good with all this tech stuff. I'm just not sure about some of the things you tell me to do. The models.big I'm using is the one that you posted with Umachines uniforms and Jogar's BlueJays cyberfaces (about a month ago). I just don't know what to do when it comes to .fsh files and stuff. Thanks for your patience. I had to re-install the original portraits.big due to crashing. Pete Walker of the Jays had to be sent to the minors because he made my game crash. Now Alex Rios has 'lost' his face. Basically, I've had so many problems with my game in the past few months that I spend more time trying to fix it than play it. I really like this game and just want it to run properly. Thanks BigShmooz

The only thing I can recommend for that is to reinstall the files. People have complained about this & then they reinstalled & all was fine again. If so, read my very first post in the sticky I made in the announcements section in the forums. It is located here. http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...ewtopic&t=12345
JuUaAn
So if you have a dynasty already started, can you change the cyberface ID of the player in MVPEdit and have it reflected in the dynasty? Or does changing the ID in MVPEdit simply change the exhibition rosters?
