I just upgraded from a Dell XPS 9800pro 256 P43.4GHZ G Ram

to a Desktop AMD 4200+ 1G Corsair Ram 100G Raided 10000rpm HD

and 7800GTX 256mb Video card.

And I STILL getting some bad stuttering.

I have all the latest drivers and still same thing.

Especially the throw to first and when Announcers Start to speak.

Is there anyone running perfectly???????

TIA

It's not your system specs, it's the game. Did you patch the game? If you patched the game & you are using no mods whatsoever (the mods tax your system) you should not have any stuttering.

Using Intel® Extreme Graphics 2 for Mobile and I have no stuttering (didn't patch or anything), no shimmering grass, but I have those bright players, to where if you put Helmet Reflections option to On, I can see right through my players!

Thanks Shmooz,

It's not quite that old stuttreing we used to get but more of those quick pauses and delays in the play.

Especially on a throw to first or if I pitch a "ball" or "stikeout" and the announcers start to speak, I get a quick pause in the batter pitcher sequences. ITS SO ENOYING!

If you have mods such as uniforms & stadiums installed, as I explained that takes a heavy toll on your system. There is nothing you can really do about that. I have a 6800 ultra video card (pretty high end card) & in the more graphically enhanced stadiums I get occasional stuttering too, but it's very slight.
