504-2x Faces...?

I put this in my game and it is pretty good. Basicly it seems to simply double the textures in the games ootb faces. Same faces - just a good bit sharper. No need to fool around with numbers and editors and so on, just all faces upgraded. Back up appropriate files now because once the installer starts, it goes without allowing you to pick where you want it to go. Wish it had a better read me.

Not too sure, I have always steered clear of face mods because some of them look plain goofey. You could download a different face mod and scope its read-me for what the effected files would be, this mod just doesnt say, it just sails on you. Pretty cool if you just want "cleaned up" faces.

write one and I will add it to it

EA provided 504 faces in the game

The downloaded replaces all 504 faces with better quality 2X versions

What about the CAP faces....they're still 1Xed...and blurry as hell.

they installer will not work on some bootleg copies of the game, or if you just copies the files from the CD wthout installing the game

it grabs the install DIR from the registry, which is set by the EA install app

"they are 256x512", how is that? I'd like to know please. I've made those CAP face mods and would like better detail in those mods but thought I had to stick with 128x128 or else the hair lines won't match up right when they are produced in the game (in CAP screen or when they are drafted with different hair styles/facial hairs). You mean you literaly have 256x512 for your CAP faces? If so may we see print screens?

What does this mean "I have 8400 (gaaaa-gogjh) generic faces"?-mO

the gxxx.fsh are 128x128, the are no gxxx.xsh

I have 8400 (gaaaa-gogjh) generic faces

they are 256x512

give me some time I will work something out

what would that be 2.5x faces?

Ah, I see. So I was wrong about the .xsh extension. The created player faces are about half the size of the original cyberfaces.
