Wreckbruin
This is the first time I've seen this problem. I've been using MVP Edit for a while now, successfully. In attempting to change some rosters with September call-ups, I've imported the new DAT files without any problems. But, when I get into MVP '05 and start a new Dynasty mode, the Free Agent pool has both All-Star team lineups. So, any team can sign Vlad while the Angels still have him. I can't seem to find a fix for this. I've regressed to original installed MVP data which fixes the free agent pool when I run the game, but as soon as I upload the DAT files with my new rosters I get the same Free Agent problems. Is there a way to avoid this, or has anyone else even encountered this problem?
Wreckbruin
Update: I thought I'd be clever and Global Edit all the players on the All-Star teams to be "Hidden=Yes". That didn't work. I know there's got to be a way to keep these guys from becoming Free Agents. Someone Please help!!
cybernetic
That never happens to me. Make sure when you make the dynasty that it is says to hide hidden players
Roscosuper
I'm not sure.....but, I think if you don't have 255 players on the free agent list when you import the mbe. file you will have problems with the FA in the game......I know there was definately some talk about this, early on in the season, with the roster makers
