CAS Batter's Eye

Ok, here is a question. I think in the default batter's camera view, this may not occur...but if you use any modified, lower batting camera, this can become a problem.

I recently upgraded my scoreboard so that I would have the batter's eye in CF. The problem is that it isn't big enough! The top of it stops just below the white railing on the building in Center.

So, what I would like to do is one of three things...

1) Change the railings to a dark color (dark green, black, dark blue).

2) Increase the size of the batters eye (would you use Oedit to due that?)(This is probably ideal for me)

3) Raise the building so that it sits higher in the stadium.

Can anyone do this? Or at least point me in a direction so that I can do it myself? Thanks!

Is this something that can be done with Oedit?

Nobody knows? I don't even know where to start to investigate this, so any help would be appreciated.
