Yes there is. Go to the option in the gameplay tuning called "pitch speed". Lower the number to get more time in between pitches.

In answer to your second question, turn on "fielding aid" in the gameplay options. This will let you see the circle.

It is the velocity of the Pitch. Raising it will also generate more long balls while lowering it will generate fewer. It doesn't change the radar gun speed shown but only changes the physics of it all.

At least that has been my experience with this slider and I have read it else where too.

Change the data for 10-14 to increase or decrease time between pitches. Example: 10

CUSameBatter_NoRunners (CU stands for computer/user). Increasing the value of 10 will

increase the time between pitches in situations where there are no runners on base.

Same goes for 11-14.

The same can be done for UC data also.

Ok...through another thread I learned about decompressing/compressing tools, etc. as I was trying to do away with foul ball PIP replays. The question within this thread is about this "10-14" that's mentioned. I'm not clear. Am I changing the actual numbers 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14 to something else or are these just indicator numbers? Am I changing the number afte the semi-colon to make the pause in-between pitches greater? If so, what's the upper limit because they are different values as is.

I believe the UC stands for "UserComputer" However in the post above I do not see a UC data in there at all.

In answer to your other question... You do not actually increase the 10, 11, 12, 13, 14... You need to increase the numbers following them.

For instance in the case of number 10 in the above example, you would need to modify the 5.00.

I could never get this to work, I think I'm going to play with it some more.

I really would like to be able to get user and cpu pitchers to work faster. High Heat used to have a pace of the game setting. If they rapid fire the pitches in there, you can play the game a lot faster, it makes doing a season much easier. And I hate waiting for my pitcher to get sit before it lets me hit a button to start the pitch...
