Inside / Outside Pitch Datafile Question

Hey all-

I had a question for the datafile gurus around here. I play in a dynasty where i'm only pitching, but in order to make it realistic I have to put the CPU power / contact at +50, and pitch meter / control near -50. However, the main problem is that pretty much anything thrown on the inner half of the plate gets annihilated. While I know real pitchers can't keep lobbing pitches into the inner half, not being able to put anything there is unrealistic.

So is it possible to drastically lower the power on the inner half? And on another note, is it possible to separate (tuning-wise) patience from just plain chasing pitches? I'm still only topping off around 100 pitches for 9 innings, and I would love that closer to 140, but I can't because if I put the swing frequency down any more it's impossible to k anyone.
