Problem with Saitek 880 Configuration

Can someone help me out here ??

Before my hard drive took a crap and I lost everything, I had my controller set up perfectly.

I had to reinstall the game and now my controller is whacked again. Here's some of my issues:

- Pitches (1-4) don't match up with what's shown on the pitch selector. I've tried the in game controller configuration option and still no luck.

- When controlling slides into base or diving for a ball, the wrong animation takes place when the stick is moved.

- My pitcher only has one pickoff speed (slow). I can't get the quick pickoff animation to work.

All of these were a problem for me several months but someone on here gave some advice on what to do. Seems like it was a file of some sort that I had to make changes in (can't remember for sure if that is correct and if it is, how to do it)

Any help would be much appreciated !!!

Forget the ingame configuration of your pad, instead alter a file named "controller.cfg" (which can be found in your MVP User Files). Open it with a text editor and make the changes.

The P2500 is basically the same model as the P880 (only without the rumble feature), so this should work for you as well.
