Need Help with Uni-Editor

I'm having trouble getting the Uni-Editor to finish.

It is installed.

I want to add a couple of Washington Nationals uniforms that I downloaded.

I extract the d/l file. Then open the Montreal Expos file in the Uni-Editor.

Then click the "bubble" for an empty slot. Then the + sign.

Then load the three "s" buttons, (BMP, uxxxY.fsh, and fxxxY.fsh files).

Click the + button again. Screen says that I have successfully installed the uniform.

But there is no picture of the new uniform. The picture jumps back to the first slot.

Then when I click on the lighting bolt, to export to the Game Directory, the screen says

it is exporting to Game Directory, and then closes on it's own.

I load the game and there is no new uniform.

I don't know if this makes any sense to you. I hope you can help.

Is there a "back door" way of "copy and paste" into folder that I could do?

Thanks in advance.

You can always just do the C/P manually in Windows. Just copy the models.big and uniforms.big from your UniEditor directory into the game directory (models.big goes into data and uniforms.big goes into datafrontend).

Of course, be sure to back up the originals (just change the extensions from .big to .bak, or whatever) before you copy, just in case the UniEditor ones got screwed up somehow.

Thanks for the reply.

But can you, or someone, give me more information on what to do?

Thanks.
