how do u get the players texture in oedit?

when i try to load the picture from model.big it comes up as an error and also i tried it in oedit rgb emulation but i still just get the gray bald headed lookin thingy

First you need to have the face picture from the BIG file in bmp format. Then after you open Oedit and load your O file you must then select Textures, Manage Textures (or Ctrl-R), then select load, and finally select the players face bmp.
