MarkB
I'm using the stock EA datafile with the default cameras, but as time goes on, I'm really not very happy with it as I can't get a really good lok at where the pitches cross the plate, and I'm pretty bad with lefty pitchers. I have the gameplay tuned to the way I want it, so I'm reluctant to change that. What I really need is a good, centered, behind the mound camera that shows the pitcher in full without having his legs or anything out of view at any time that can see where the ball crosses the plate when it's been delivered. I'm useless with datafile editing, but as I said, I'm using the stock EA one, so if anyone has any ideas on how this could be done, or if they already have one like this, please let me know. xiberger
Hi, Mark! This is what I'm using. Due to the runner PIP window, I decided to switch the camera between left-handed and right-handed batters.
MarkB
Now, that looks pretty good, but is it possible to customise it so that it is centered and move it a little higher up? Thanks!

UncleMo
xiberger, i like that view but how do people aim that way? also, anyway to get a zoomed up view, where you are closer to the pitcher?
xiberger
Now, that looks pretty good, but is it possible to customise it so that it is centered and move it a little higher up? It can be done, but I'm afraid you would have to do it yourself, as I'm pretty busy at the moment. But don't worry, it's really simple. Just follow the instructions given in this great camera adjustment tutorial (by toymenater): http://www.mvpmods.com/Forums/viewtopic/t=5690/ In addition, Pared posted an example that might be useful as well: http://www.mvpmods.com/index.php?name=Foru...iewtopic&t=5569 Basically, all you need to do is decrease value 15 (to center the view even more), increase value 16 (to lift the camera up), and decrease value 41 (to focus home plate). xiberger, i like that view but how do people aim that way? also, anyway to get a zoomed up view, where you are closer to the pitcher? 1) I use this is a pitching view, not as a batting view. 2) Of course you could zoom in on the pitcher, but that would mean only the upper part of his body would be visible. marinerschas2
is there any way without replacing the entire datafile, to get the center batting camera view from the 06 LL beta version? i think the 06 final center camera is too far away. can anyone tell me how to edit, change or do something without replacing the entire datafile so i can get the 06 ll camera, i liked the one the most, and i am frustrated by the one thats there now.
