nickepicke
Hi, I have a problem. I have too many good pitchers in the minors and my veterans are too expensive too trade away. So I thought why not set the pitcher injury slider to 50 then I can call up my prospects to the rotation. What happens ? I play over 100 games and the only thing that happens is that Richie Sexson gets injured for 235 days. Now I wonder if the slider should be set at -50? Everything I read at this board about sliders tells me that the slider were correct. Can anyone help me with this?
Roscosuper
What you could do is: lower the players "durability" rating.....you can do this in-season through the "edit/create a player" option......what this will do is: make the player get tired faster and increase his chances of getting injured....if you want to injure a pitcher, I would say, lower his durability and then make him pitch beyond his stamina.....also, make sure the "energy level" is on
MadHatter
Alternatively, you could just release your high-priced pitchers. Frees up some salary that way as well.
