Adding my own Portraits

I have tried to put my own portriats into the game for created players (created through MVPedit) but it doesn't work. I followed all the steps in the FAQ in the announcements forum but when it appears on the list with all the other files, there is some fat red fish next to it instead of the green star. In the game, whenever I click on the player with the image, it crashed. How can I fix this?

Download this file.

Take the Compressor file out of the zipped file you just downloaded. Follow instructions above about EAZIP. Now, import into your portrait.big file with the installer I included for you. For future items, I want you to do it yourself by right clicking on the Compressor and left clicking on edit. See where I wrote your fsh file names there? You'll be doing that and only that. Same thing with your installer I am including with the file. To install them into your portrait.big file you need to put the fsh files and the installer and gfxpak in your main MVP 2005 folder and double click on the installer. That is it. If you have gfxpak errors, import your fsh files into your portrait.big file by using EAGE (ea graph) AFTER you've compressed them using the compressor, of course. Need further help, ask around, I'm bowing out.

PS. -c means compress when you edit the compressor file.

This still isn't perfectly clear to me (thanks for all your help)

Where exactly does this EAZIP program come in and what exactly is going in the folder on my desktop?

"To install them into your portrait.big file you need to put the fsh files and the installer and gfxpak in your main MVP 2005 folder and double click on the installer."

I do get those errors all the time when using MVP edit so do I just skip this sentence and use EAgraph?
