Lots of variety especially with caucasian players when it comes to hairstyles, facial hair, stuff like that. Looks like the mouth area is a bit cropped or strange looking. I'm a complete jackass when it comes to working with graphics, but judging from most of your work, I just think it needs a bit of polishing. The photograph has him smiling which widens the nose. In your cyberface, you've corrected the smiling but the nose looks like he's still smiling to me.
