Filthy57
You can install faces with any number. If you have the face installed correctly into the models.big file, just go into MVPEdit and set their face # to the number on the .ord, .orl, and .fsh files, and you should be all set. Kriegz
Ya you can do it, I forget exactly how I did it but I think you just compress them and use EA Graph.
jogar84
Please dont call me Mr. Jogar again, but i appreciate the respect. All you is make models.big READ-ONLY, to make sure it doesnt corrupt. Then you compress the files- and use EAGRAPH to import. Hope that helps

UncleMo
do you use EAZIP already, and a .bat to compress them? Let me know. I can tell you how to compress them, someone else should help you by telling you (and me) how you can have over 900. Do we just simply assign the next face 901, 902, etc? Someone please speak about that part. I'll help winchen learn how to compress and install the faces.

Someone please speak about that part. I'll help winchen learn how to compress and install the faces. i've nerer used the EAZIP, and a.bat. what's that? my way to install the cyberface is that: 1.use EAgraph to import 2.change file name to c946.fsh c946.orl c946.ord 2.use BIGgui to compress but when i start the game, then jump to windows i don't know if the filename should assign to c946 or c901. cuz 901~945 are the original cyberface. when i use EAgraph open model.big i find the g001~g045 are the original file, so i assign the filename to c946. did i do something wrong? big shmooz
You guys have it all wrong... winchen is not asking how to add a cyberface or compress one. He wants to know if one can add to the models.big more than 900 cyberfaces. The answer is, it may be. You may be able to use cyberface numbers 916 through cyberface number 945 (correct me Uncle Mo if I got the numbers wrong) If those numbers will not work though, then the answer to winchen's question is no. It can't be done. In fact the regular limit is reached by number 900 & you can no longer add any cyberfaces unfortunately. (unless those "reserved" numbers mentioned above work)
UncleMo
Can we get a response from those who say you can go over 900 with an exact method on how so that this debate (inside my brain) will be done with. I know you can not assign higher numbers in MVP Edit (so I've heard) but what if you simply do it in the "attrib" file. Assign them there.

OK... I am going to place the files you need in this post for you to download. In the zip file will contain both the eazip file & the bat file. You need to have both files in the same folder as the files you are looking to compress (.fsh .ord .orl). My advice is... Do not use biggui EVER to compress files. It is a TERRIBLE program for compressing files. With the bat file & the eazip & the files you are looing to compress all inthe same folder, double click on the .bat file. It will compress the files. Then insert the files via eagraph. That's it. As far as if cyberface numbers above 915 (till 945) work, the answer is no. I have tested it assigning g016 to the cyberface & added via MVPEdit, the number 916. MVPEdit accepted 916 as a cyberface number. However, the game then crashed when I tried to look at the cyberface ingame. If anybody knows a trick that I am missing, please post it.
UncleMo
how about starting at say 946? Anyone try that? Hey shmooz, I downloaded that eazip you posted, don't you have to right click and edit the compressor/aka install.bat?
winchen
how about starting at say 946? Anyone try that? Hey shmooz, I downloaded that eazip you posted, don't you have to right click and edit the compressor/aka install.bat? thx you two^^...first of all, i assign the number with attrib.dat not mvpedit cuz my mvpedit doesn't work and i don't know why! second, i've used EAgraph to open model.big and i found the g001~g045 are all the original cyberfaces, so yesterday i tried to assign the number to g046,c946..etc but it all crashed when i start the game and check it. that's why i came here and hope someone ever done can teach me how. as the BIGgui.exe, i always back up the model.big so i don't have any problems when i use it to compress files.^^god bless me! maybe just like UncleMO said, someone might know how and someday he'll show me how... thx you two kind people, and forgive my poor english.^^ you guys are very nice. thx
UncleMo
we'll forgive you of your poor english, but save your self time in the future by using the compression tool in this thread that Big Shmooz gave you and please stop using BIGGUI to compress. It causes other files to decompress from time to time. Stop asking for forgiveness for your english! )
winchen
ok ok i will^^ sometimes the game is kinda unstable, i was wondering it might be caused by installing too many cyberfaces.
UncleMo
no, some of your cyberfaces may be uncompressed and all you need to do is compress them and then install them and you won't have that crashing to the desktop issue. zai jian.
