stecropper
Just uploaded the below described file: This is a compilation of Screenshots for the 504 different Cyberfaces that exist in the original Models.big file that comes with MVP Baseball 2005. Each are represented by a separate .bmp Screenshot file captured from the Edit Roster section of the game. The naming convention of each file is "s ### f". Where: s = Skin Tone ### = Face number f = Y or N for '04 Type Face" indicator Example: File "3 126 Y" would be Cyberface 126 with a Skin Tone setting of 3 and it is a '04" Type Face. This file is useful for several functions including easily identifying facial structures to use for Cyberface Modders as well as Cyberface selection for Modders that wish to assign look alike Cyberfaces to Created or Classic players. I find it best to be viewed using Windows Explorer in the Thumbnail view. This allows quick & easy scanning of the entire set. I created this for my personal use and just wanted to provide this to anyone that can find it useful. This is also a small way of saying "THANKS!" to all the Great Cyberface Modders from MVPMods.com. Please keep bringing those Classic Ballplayers back to the Field. Thanks, Don

AstroEric
Three cheers for Stecropper! Everytime I see your screenname, I think of Steve The Colonel Cropper from the Blues Bros. / Stax Recs. / Booker T and the MGs. --Eric
stecropper
Thanks AstroEric, Unfortunately No kin to Steve Cropper ---- although my brother is in the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame as a member of the "Boogie Kings". They celebrated their 50th year of Music this year. Be on the watch for an upcoming HBO Special entitled "The Last Great American Band". Their story is truly an amazing one! www.boogiekings.com Also I am so happy that jogar84 & Hory might find this Cyberface project of some small benefit. It is because of guys like ya'll that have made this game so much a treasure to me. Thanks
baseballfans
stecropper that is a lot of work for u to capture 1 by 1, do appreciate your time ane effort. May I have 1 suggestion? Instead of having each face in bmp can U capture let say 30 faces in 1 picture? I find it hard to navigate each picture to search for a guy. stecropper
baseballfans, What I do is use the Windows Explorer function and set the view to Thumbnail. That way I can see all the bmp's at once and just scan through them to find the one I want to use. This is with the Windows XP operating system. I think I recall that Windows Explorer for Windows 98 did not have the thumbnail view feature. But there are other Photo type packages that allow you to view and entire folder of bmp files all at once. I do agree with you that if I had to look at one at a time I just as soon just use the game itself to do that. Hope you can discover a way you can view them all at once. baseballfans
I setup my XP to not load thumbnail because opening photoshop takes a lot out of my ram and I need the extra memory to run the system effectively to get editing done. Thumbnail with 504 face takes a while to load up. This will slow down my system. So I am thinking if u can, just screen capture what U see on screen and post a few 30 faces per sheet type of images. stecropper
That's a really good idea that I would be willing to try. But I use Fraps and tried to capture the screen image when I was using Windows Explorer with about 25 faces showing at once (I think I can get as many as 35 at once) but Fraps wouldn't produce a Screenshot in that environment. Fraps worked find for me while in the game but I couldn't figure out how to create a Screeshot of a Windows Explorer view. If you can help me figure that out then I could create what you are asking for and it would only take 15 or so screen shots to capture all 504 images. stecropper
OK just uploaded a "Combined" Version of these individual 504 Cyberfaces. They are represented by 35 faces in each image for a total of only 15 images. Thanks for the suggestion. Now individuals can choose which version is best for them to use.
