Interesting feat just accomplished...

Hey guys. I just hit 2 HR in one inning with the same player. It was Cliff Floyd in my 2006 Jays dynasty. IT was crazy...

I was up 3-1 in the top of the 9th in an IL game with FLorida. (was interesting too since they still had their big names) I led off with Floyd and hit a HR of Mota, and then I proceeded to score 8 runs in the inning ending off with a 2 run HR from Floyd again.. (5 off RH Mota and 3 off LH Vargas) The only downside was Frasor wasnt able to get a save... :p Game ended 11-1.

So I was wondering, has this ever been accomplished in the Majors or baseball in general? (minors). Also, have you ever done it?

Thanks.

yeah, I was about to post that too.

I know of a guy who pitched 8 2/3 innings of perfect relif, and his team lost too.

Sandy Koufax pitched a no-no, and still lost.

A player died while playing baseball before, but dont remember who or when. But when his teammate dragged his body across home, the run counted. He died while rounding third, on an inside the parker.

There was once a midget who played ball, he wore the # 1/8. He was walked in his only at-bat, and then was banned from baseball. His jersey is in the Hall of Fame.

Well, there's plenty more like this, but too lazy to think of them.
