Most players wear batting gloves so why should they not have them on, on the basepaths too? (I know in real life most players remove their batting gloves when on base but not everybopdy does that). But I don't recall seeing him wear it when he was on first. That sneaky Mark Loretta has been rifling through the equipment bag again!
