How do you change the original names of the teams?

For example, Winston Salem Warthogs to Leones del Caracas.

PS: I am making the teams of the Venezuelan invernal League

you have to manually edit the roster dat files with notepad & use LOCedit to change some of the ingame text

Do you mean locedit or loclook?

I have a couple of questions about this... I've made the necessary modifications with LocLook, and also modifying the team.dat file.

When creating a NEW dynasty, all of my changes are perfect. However, when continuing my existing dynasty, only some of the changes appear. For instnace, the team name and in-game abbreviations have changed, but the old team name appears in the standings.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is it just not possible to effectively make these kinds of changes mid-dynasty?
