burnitz44
Anything new on the 2006 MLB schedule being put into the MVP 2005 PC version of the game. Also does anyone know if MLB 2k6 will be released in the PC version? I've tried contacting Take 2 Interactive who produces the MLB 2k6 with no results,! SwinginSoriano
- Friedman and pals are making the 2006 schedule as a part of the MVP 06 mod. - Take 2 is probably not releasing anything for PC, they don't have to. They have a Monopoly and they can make as crappy of a game as they please.

Friedman
- Friedman and pals are making the 2006 schedule as a part of the MVP 06 mod. Yeah, well Friedman and pals aren't having very good luck with this mod. My pals and I have not seen the schedule for all of the teams. I really hope that they release them soon, so we can get started.

TheMadcap
Hey Swingin', just so you remember (If I had to choose I'd choose MVP over 2k's newest anyday), EA brought this all upon themselves. They had the money to decide to do what they wanted with their sports entities. Nevermind that MVP is a much more accurate representation than Madden will ever be, EA brought the hammer down. Truth be told, from as partisan a fan as you are ever going to find, Ea made the better baseball game & (with some polish) 2K owns Madden any old day. The NFL has never been so predictable as Madden is. It was just no fun to play, you can argue till dawn is day, EA should have stuck with what they do right & that is MLB baseball. It is such a shame that all of us fans have to suffer, BUT I am looking forward to MVP 2006 (MLB Edition) more than any game released by either company so...that should say something. MVP mods is one hell of a site. With an incredible ammount of support and organization. If I am backing anyone in '06 it's MVP Mods.com for the product that THEY are about to release, for the love of our grand old game. Thanks fellas! jabloomf1230
Take 2 is probably not releasing anything for PC, they don't have to. I've seen nothing official, but the Take 2K forums have a bunch of posts saying that there will not be a PC version. I don't know where they are getting that info from, but no matter, a modded MVP 2005 PC version will be far better than the Take 2K vaporware could be anyway.
