krawhitham Posted January 5, 2006 Share Posted January 5, 2006 get Dolffin http://www.nba2kstuff.org/flipper install it put the uniform FSH file in a folder make this batch file and put it in the folder (You need to edit it for your file) gfshmgr FILENAME.fsh run the batch file that will create a folder called what ever the file name was in that folder will be DDS files, open them and edit them in photoshop here is a DDS plugin for photoshop if you do not have one http://nba2kstuff.nbalive.org/downloads/D3...ugandViewer.zip when you are done editing the files run this batch file (You need to edit it for your folder) gfshmgr FOLDERNAME that will recreate the FSH file with your modded images Link to comment https://www.mvpmods.com/forums/topic/16703-how-do-i-mod/#findComment-206106 Share on other sites More sharing options...
