Is it possible to mod batting stance/windups?

in the anims.big file are 3 types of files

axt, orl, & ord files

the axt file is a text file

for example SIGP0048.axt

Have you ever thought about what someone can do with this info? The OP asked how to make new ones, so I'm wondering if these can be mixed and matched. Not that I want to do that, just am wondering if that is possible. I'm also wondering what specifically can be done with these files. All I cna think of is, if I learn what all of these files are by reading every .axt file in notepad, that I can replace animations with other existing ones-which is no big deal that I can think of. I'm betting that somewhere in the datafile I could increase the frequency that the user sees these happen in game, but in the anims.big I'm betting is where the actual anims are. Also, I'd like to ask the community if there is any difference in the 2004 and 2005 animations. Info inside of these 2005 files looks like they are from 2004. I'm betting we could take anims from 04 and put them in 05, assumin there are good ones to do that with. If anyone knows please let me know. Thanks.

I will see about replacing info from one .axt file and putting it in another. Hopefully that will do it. Like, if I want to change a batting stance from generic to ramirez then maybe I just change info from the .axt file to the generic one and boom, it is done. I will try to do this Saturday morning unless someone wants to give it a whirl before then. Any takers?

It would be funny if I changed the next batter on deck from "idle" as it says in the .axt file, to this:

fa_reactbadnonono1 1103875668

which is a facial reaction that I think is shown in the dugout, so that when they say "next batter due is ......" but they show the dugout going NO NO NO! (as in, not that guy, he sucks).

Just found no reason to go on. But you are right. I dont' see anything that can be modded.
