Don't try and blame me for Y4L's personal grudges affecting his sense of judgement. You ruined the thread by another one of your insulting comments. The only thing different now is that you aren't getting any leeway on your insults anymore. You start something out there, either him or I will lock it to avoid any more trouble from other people that your comments may cause. I have no personal grudges against you, but you above anyone else in here sure as heck deserves one after all the things you've said about Mark and I since you've been here. The way you twist stuff around and bait people into fights here has been noticed by me for a long time and you aren't going to do this anymore. By all means, complain about this if you so desire. I am prepared to explain my position on this with no problem to the man who runs this site in case he asks me what's up with this. Also, if you notice, I rarely respond to anything from you except when you have to butt in and interfere where you don't belong. Then I respond to you. Yankee4Life Posted November 27, 2006 Share Posted November 27, 2006 "Phillies" is spelled wrong in their team forum. i still occasionally get some virus messages, maybe once every 30 or so page clicks. they're nothing a regular virus scan won't fix, however just letting you know that there still are some occasionaly, if that's something you want to fix. also, is there any way for the mail icon at the top to light up when you have a message? because it takes a bit of time to figure out you have a message, if your eye just drifts over to the sidebar, which isn't something you really check regularly. again, if you can't no big deal, that's fine, but if you can, i'd appreciate it. thanks alot! You are - and I mean people like Hory, jhath, and anyone else - are not going to continue using this thread as a going to point to voice your complaints. We have a complaint system for that. USE IT. No one needs to read this stuff in here anymore because it doesn't belong in this area. This is for legitimate questions about the forum, or suggestions you may have. And no one even bother trying to spin my words around. Enough of your complaining in here. You want to complain, use the proper way to do it so the people in here are not subject to it anymore. Sometimes I get an error message on Firefox saying that "mvpmods has timed out because the server is too busy" and then I refresh it, and the site comes back up. I happen to disagree with Yankee4Life on this and his treatment of the other poster, and I say so, so he responds by locking the thread and blaming me for it. This is not following forum rules at all, this is just pettiness because Yankee4Life does not want anyone disagreeing with him on the community forums. EDIT - Since Y4L has "deleted" the thread, the offending posts are quoted below Silly Yankees. Anyone else see right through this outragious posting bid as a jab back at the Sox? Its like children and toys. The Sox got a shiny new toy and now the Yanks will do whatever they can to get the next new toy to hit the stores. Well, I was waiting for this. You hypocrite. Who the hell are you to complain about what the Yankees did here by winning this bid for Igawa? Where were you when the Red Sox bid 51.1 million? I have no idea, because when that was going on, you were awfully quiet. Here we go again with a Yankee4Life diatribe on someone who dared to disrespect the Yankees. IIRC the other poster said $51 million was too much for Matasuaka too. I agree $51 million was too much for him, but Kei Igawa is not Matasuaka not at all. I lock these threads because I will not and I refuse to take any more insults from you towards me. I lock it and that's that. I know what your game is, and I'm not playing it. You hound people that you don't like and you follow them around the forums to respond in a insulting way to get them to fight with you, and then you act all innocent like you don't know what the problem is. Again, I'm not playing. And, well, you know what? Keep the Yankee issue out of it. You are on my a$$ whether it's a Yankee comment or not. I don't expect you to have the same views of that team then I do, or feel about them like I do. What I do expect is to be treated a lot better by you, because frankly, I've had enough.
