shaggyda
Now all nfl teams are mediocre and everybody can win, that is what you call good i guess,I prefer six or 8 great teams and the rest trying to be one of the great teams, I especially love all the player movement, you root for him this year and you can bet he will play for the rival of your team the next.see salary cap cuts all the time too, just love that too! FBPro
To each his own, but I'd rather see that than KNOW what teams will always be able to get whatever the crap players they want year after year and usually be in the playoff hunt(insert skankees). I figured some would LONG for the "good ole days" but for many that is just an outdated mode of thinking and I'm 50 saying this.

That's great and leave the other 3/4 of the country or more bored to tears instead of being able to follow their team with an actual chance of making the post-season. Well I've spent enough time on this, I certainly don't have all the answers but if baseball continues to be MLNY then it will most certainly die a sad death. shaggyda
thou i am not a yankee nor a red sox fan, that was one of the best series in 2004 i ever saw, could care less if it was my fav team or not, great baseball is great baseball,in my opinion if you are truly a fan of the game you want great teams and great series,if you just root for your team exclusivly than you like it in the nfl how it is! shaggyda
In response to MLNY ,the yanks have not won a world series since 2001 and have not played in one since 2003,sounds like you by the hype and not the reality of it!you can look good on paper but you still have to play the games,my case in point was the 2003 marlins and watch this years mil. brewers to prove revenue sharing works. Kccitystar
162 games over a 6 month span and it's boring? Almost 972 games a year and it's boring? Football sucks. For eleven seconds of actual game time, you have to sit through approximately twelve minutes of commercials. I don't get the celebrations either, when a team WINS, the fans riot and start fires, and when a team LOSES, the fans riot and start fires. Baseball to me is the only sport I love, where I only know who players are based by positions and stats, not by the drama I see on the sports channels
