Pirate
I have run into this problem with my Busch Stadium mod and probably will run into it again if I choose to do a few minor league stadiums. When replacing a stadium with another say Busch with Arlington... the Busch cameras exist. In that I mean during cut scenes, in between innings and before the game, the camera views of the park are set to that park. If I replace Busch with Arlington is there a way to replace the camera view as well?
MarlinsMY
The file "datafile.big" in the datadatafile folder has the .txt files that contain the cameras. It takes a simple renaming of the files to replace the cameras. (Once extracted, the files only have to be in the datafile directory - they don't have to be reimported.) Pirate
Excellent! Thanks MarlinMY. Maybe you can answer one more thing. In your experimentation can I import a jumbotron into a stadium that does not have one?
MarlinsMY
Excellent! Thanks MarlinMY. Maybe you can answer one more thing. In your experimentation can I import a jumbotron into a stadium that does not have one? You're welcome. Yes, jumbotrons can be added. Export the jumbo.ord/l files from a stadium that works. In the new stadium's "stadium.ifo" file (which can be opened in Notepad), there should be a section that contains "Jumbotron" with a 0, placed after it. Just change 0 to 1, and then it should appear in game. You can make jumbo.o and open it in OEdit, and from there it's just a matter of figuring out the right coordinates so it displays where you'd like it. I hope that helps!
