Bullpen Fatigue Rate Bullpen Fatigue Grace what's the mean? sorry. i'm asian. so i don't understand that shade of meaning.. what is defferent between Bullpen Fatigue Rate & Bullpen Fatigue Grace ? plz..help. Hoop27 Posted February 3, 2006 Share Posted February 3, 2006 I believe Bullpen Fatigue Rate is how fast they wear down, while Bullpen Grace is how long you can have them warming up before they start to wear down.
