I Live 4 This
I tried practicing on MVP mode to improve my game, but it's useless. I can't hit the ball. I don't know when they are going in and out of the strike zone. I swing at the worse pitches. If i decide to be patient, I'll take pitches right down the middle, thinking they are balls. Is there a mod to be able to see the ball green when it should be hit? It will really help me improve my Swing. When my friend plays against me we be killing each other with strike outs. Even though we score 0-10 runs at time. With the pc on MVP i don't even get on base. If i luckily touch the ball it goes straight to an outfielder. Also they easily score on me. With a lot of triples and inside the park homeruns. In rookie I beat the PC easily, but I want to be able to play better.
MarlinsFan
well to be realistic, it would be recommended to lower User Batting Contact in the sliders, but i recommend on your case, putting User contact higher. on MVP, which is difficulty i use now, CPU will throw many full counts to try to get you to strikeout, if you ain't patient you wont get to base, mostly on MVP/All-Star if your patient you'll get the computer pitcher tired by the 5th/6th inning for he'll have around 90+ pitches. If you wait the computer is due to make a mistake pitch soon.

But I really dont know when is the exact time to hit the ball, or where the ball is going till it is caught by the catcher. They make it seem so easy in the tutorial video on the website. Thanks for the feedback ;)
TobiasLS
Another possible suggestion...just until you get the hang of it a little bit is to lower the pitch speed. Now you wont hit the ball as far, but it might give you that extra little bit o time to decide if it is going to be in the strike zone or not.
